Dear Patients,
We currently run a flu vaccination programme for our patients in the groups of over 65’s and those under 65 ‘at risk’, plus children under school age and not in a school programme.
Those of you eligible in the usual yearly programme should now have been contacted either by text or letter to invite you to book your vaccination with us. If you haven’t received an invitation and you fall into the ‘at risk categories’ or are over 65 please contact us to book in and we can check our contact details for you. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic all of our flu clinics will be held in the Sports Hall at Allestree Woodlands School , Blenheim Drive, Allestree, Derby , DE22 2LW.
By now many of you will have heard the news that anyone over the age of 50 will be offered a free flu vaccination.
If you are in the 50-65 age group and not ‘at risk’, please be assured that when the campaign starts following the government releasing the vaccines, you will be contacted by the Practice.
