Service Pressures – self isolation

All Health Services are currently under significant pressure. This is no different in this General Practice and recently has increased as a number of our team have had to self-isolate in line with government guidance. As this is affecting the number of staff available, it means we may take a little longer that normal to answer the phone and you may need to wait a little longer to speak or see one of the team for an appointment.

Please be patient when dealing with our staff. We have had some patients being very unkind and our staff have, and are continuing to work very hard to meet everyone’s needs. You may not realise but we have treated many more patients in recent months than we have in previous years, and we will continue to be flexible so that we can deliver services to as many people as possible each day.

We are here for you and will continue to be so – please show some patience and kindness.
